Peer Review Process

Arbitration Decisions

Editorial decisions are issued according to one of the following options:

  • Acceptance of the manuscript for publication without revisions.
  • Acceptance of the manuscript after minor or major revisions.
  • Rejection of the manuscript with a clear scientific justification.

Third Reviewer
In cases of significant disagreement between reviewers’ reports, the manuscript shall be referred to an independent third reviewer, whose opinion shall be decisive to ensure scientific fairness for the author.

Conflict of Interest
The journal adheres to a strict policy to avoid conflicts of interest. No reviewer shall be:

  • From the same academic institution as the author.
  • From the same country as the author, whenever possible.

Reviewers are also required to disclose any potential conflicts before accepting the review assignment.

Confidentiality and Transparency
The editorial board is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all manuscripts and reviewer information, and to disclosing them only within the official editorial framework. Clear and transparent communication with authors shall be maintained at all stages of the review process.
