His Excellency Dr. Sabah Aboud Jassim, Director-General of Sharjah Archaeology Authority, said: “We are pleased to contribute to sponsoring Sharjah Fringe Festival, the largest artistic entertainment event of its kind in the Emirate, based on our keenness to reach all segments of society, and to introduce the authority and its efforts in excavating archaeology, as well as highlighting the long history of the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates”.Dr. Sabah stated that Sharjah Archaeology Authority will organize an exhibition during its participation in this festival, which will include a group of archaeological pieces and models discovered in various sites throughout the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as the authority’s introductory pamphlets and a special section for its publications of books and magazines in both Arabic and English.
