The German Expedition conducted its significant archaeological surveys and excavations at Wadi Al Hilo, Jebel Al-Faya, and Jebel Al-Buhais.
The Expedition carries out archaeological excavations in Kalba, and underwater surveys along the eastern coast.
Since 1973, The Iraqi Archaeological Expedition has carried out excavations at Mleiha and Tell Abraq
