Sharjah Archeology Authority organized a virtual lecture entitled “Scientific Methodology for Examination and Analysis of Wood Antiquities and Evaluation of Treatment and Maintenance Methods”, in which researcher Mohamed Mostafa, a master’s student at the Egyptian Japanese University of Science and Technology, a timber restorer at the Egyptian Museum, spoke about how the restorer chose his tools and the restoration plan. And why do we restore. The number of attendees exceeded 120 participants of those who are interested in preserving antiquities from inside and outside the UAE.
