Jabal Al Faya is located in the central region of the Emirate of shariah and is one of the most important sites of the paleolithic period in the Arabian peninsula ,The results of archaeological finds indicate that humans in that era repeatedly settled the rock shelter site in Jabel Al Faya 210,000 years ago , making it the oldest known human place so far in the Arabian Peninsula.
